We design programs that address the identified challenges and leverage the existing strengths and resources of Y.O.N.G
Identify sources of funding and secure the necessary resources to implement the program effectively.
Collaborate with partners to leverage resources, expertise, and networks, and ensure the success of the program
Recruit and train volunteers to facilitate the program activities
Implement the program activities according to the objectives, design and timeline
Establish monitoring and evaluation mechanisms to track the progress and outcomes of the program
Communicate the results of the program effectively to demonstrate its impact and sustainability
