Through strategic mentorship pairings, we aim to facilitate knowledge transfer, skill development, and the building of meaningful connections that contribute to the success of both mentors and mentees.

Mentor-Mentee Program Terms and Conditions

    The Mentor-Mentee Program is designed to facilitate professional and personal development through mentorship relationships. By participating in the program, mentors and mentees agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined below.

Eligibility: Participation in the program is open to all Aghems. However, the program administrators reserve the right to accept or reject applications based on misconduct, e.g. providing false information.

Voluntary service: The mentorship program is offered free of charge. Mentors should not request payment (financial or material) from their mentees. Likewise, mentees should not request financial or material help from their mentors.

Matching Process: The matching of mentors and mentees is conducted based on the information provided in the application forms. While efforts will be made to find suitable matches, the program administrators cannot guarantee perfect compatibility.

Commitment: Mentors and mentees are expected to commit to the duration of the program, which includes meetings, communication, and active participation. If a participant is unable to fulfill their commitment, they must communicate with the program administrators and their mentor/mentee.

Confidentiality: Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared during the mentorship relationship. Any sensitive or proprietary information discussed between mentors and mentees should be kept confidential.

Code of Conduct: Participants are expected to adhere to a professional code of conduct, treating each other with respect and courtesy. Harassment, discrimination, or any form of inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

Communication: Clear and open communication is essential for the success of the mentorship. Participants are encouraged to discuss expectations, goals, and any concerns with their mentor/mentee or the program administrators.

Program Modifications: The program administrators reserve the right to modify or terminate the mentor-mentee program at their discretion. Participants will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

Feedback and Evaluation: Participants may be asked to provide feedback on their mentorship experience for program evaluation purposes. This feedback will be used to enhance the program for future participants.

Release of Liability: Participants release the program administrators from any liability for actions, decisions, or outcomes resulting from their participation in the mentor-mentee program.

Agreement Acceptance: By participating in the Mentor-Mentee Program, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
